Food and Beverage Positions
MORNING COOK, PREP COOK, SERVERS for CLUBHOUSE, CONCESSION SERVER

Position Requirements: Servers must have Serving it Right, Foodsafe certification is recommended.

Duties Include:

• Food and alcoholic beverage preparation and service.
• Cash handling, point of sale system use, end of shift reporting.
• Stocking, cleaning, reporting.
• Food prep, cooking, cleaning.
• Customer service.
• Previous experience in Food Prep and Serving is an asset.

Golf Operations Positions
‍PRO SHOP - Full Time and Part Time

‍Duties include:

• Ensure the proficient operation of the Golf Shop and Tee Times.
• Guest check in, retail sales and point of sale operation.
• Golf Shop merchandising, displays and upkeep.

MORNING CART SETUP - 2 to 3 Hours/4-5 Days per Week

Duties Include:

• Early morning parking of 30-60 power carts.  Steady walking involved.
• Stocking guest services area for the day, practice area setup.
• Basic power cart maintenance.

GUEST SERVICES & BACKSHOP - Full Time and Part Time

Duties Include:

• Ensure the detailed presentation, stock, supplies and carts for golf operation.
• Directing guests to first tee starter and assisting at arrival and departure.
• Range maintenance, picking, washing and stocking of practice range balls.
• Typically a 10am-5pm and 4pm-9:30pm shift.  Based on weather and season.

STARTER/MARSHALL (Players Assistant) - Full Time and Part Time

Duties Include:

• Welcoming guests to Wildstone, informing and starting golfers.
• Tracking golf groups pace of play, start/finish times, talking with guests.
• Co-ordinating play, stocking supplies, assisting pro shop staff.
